Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • All policies, including our All Sales Final policy, are clearly stated prior to purchase

  • Orders that are processed, shipped, or delivered are considered fulfilled

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to submit all evidence to the payment processor, including order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy agreement records

  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent banning from future purchases

Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund, and abuse of the chargeback system may be considered fraud.
