Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, most items are final sale. However, SP Boutique will review and resolve verified defective or fulfillment-related issues in accordance with the policy below.

By placing an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to this policy.

Refunds are not issued. Approved claims are resolved with product replacement only.

🔁 Standard Intimate Products (Toys, Lingerie, Oils, Accessories)

Replacement Review Window

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Replacement Review If:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item arrives damaged in transit
  • Item is defective upon delivery (before use)

Requirements:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must remain in original packaging
  • Photo or video evidence must be provided
  • Order number must be included

Approved Claims

If approved, SP Boutique may provide a prepaid return label when applicable and will issue a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not issued.

Not Eligible:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Performance dissatisfaction
  • Items that have been used, opened, cleaned, or altered
  • Clearance or final sale items
🛑 Life-Size Sex Doll Policy

All sex doll sales are final.

Due to the nature and value of these products, sex dolls are not eligible for refunds or standard returns.

Replacement Consideration (Strict Conditions)

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Doll must remain unused
  • Doll must not be cleaned or altered
  • Issue must be verified as shipping damage or manufacturer defect
  • Photo or video evidence required

Once a doll has been used, cleaned, or altered, it becomes permanently ineligible for replacement.

Approved resolutions may include replacement parts or manufacturer-supported solutions. Refunds are not issued.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

SP Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier
  • Theft after confirmed delivery
🛡️ Fraud Prevention & Order Abuse

SP Boutique actively monitors transactions to prevent fraud, payment abuse, and policy misuse.

  • Orders may be canceled if fraud is suspected
  • Associated emails and shipping addresses may be blocked
  • IP activity may be restricted where applicable
  • Evidence may be submitted during chargeback disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks may be formally disputed and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
