**Return Policy**
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for our customers' and employees' health, safety, and peace of mind.
Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and, therefore, cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- Douche/Enema Kits

- Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
- Gags And Ropes
- Lingerie And Men's Wear
Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

Defective Products
If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department, at support@spboutiqueshop.com They can help expedite your submission and the process of replacement through the manufacturer's warranty. You can also go directly to the manufacturer and submit your request for a replacement.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Please do not send back the product, you can discard it if you wish.
Incorrect Product Ordered
To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange toys or intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product.
Change of Mind
All sales are final. Items purchased, once the shipping box has been opened, may not be returned or exchanged.
IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK!
If your item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and may also send a courtesy text, in the text we will simply provide your order# and remind you to check your email. In the email, we will let you know that the item isn’t available and inform you about the possibility of a similar replacement. If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to the card used for the purchase. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and always strive to provide an alternative option whenever possible.
