🛑 Do you accept returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products — including toys, lingerie, oils, lubricants, and personal-care items — we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item leaves our warehouse, even if unopened.

This protects customer health, hygiene, and safety.

⚠️ When can I get a replacement?

We only replace items that are:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective upon arrival

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item & packaging
  • Short explanation of the issue
