At SP Boutique, only SP Boutique-branded toys come with a limited warranty. For these products, if you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please contact us directly with your proof of purchase and any relevant details. We’ll assist you with the warranty process.

Please note: Other manufacturer brands sold through SP Boutique may have their own warranties—please contact the respective manufacturer for those claims.

Warranty Coverage & Claims for SP Boutique Branded Toys

  • If your SP Boutique-branded toy has a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it.

  • After 30 days, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer if applicable.

  • All sales are final due to the personal nature of intimate products; refunds are not available.

Be sure to keep your original purchase receipt and complete any warranty registration forms that come with your product to ensure coverage.

Valid Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims must be made before the warranty expires, starting from your purchase date.

  • The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, loss, or tampering is not covered.
