Product Warranty & Support
At SP Boutique, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. However, select items may qualify for replacement if they are found to be defective upon delivery or within the warranty period described below.
SP Boutique-Branded Product Warranty
Only SP Boutique-branded toys are eligible for warranty support through SP Boutique.
If your SP Boutique-branded product has a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of delivery, SP Boutique will provide a replacement (not a refund), once the defect is verified.
Other Manufacturer Brand Warranties
SP Boutique also carries products from third-party manufacturers. These brands may offer their own warranties.
For warranty claims involving non–SP Boutique branded items, customers must contact the manufacturer directly, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
SP Boutique is not responsible for warranty coverage decisions made by third-party manufacturers.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim for an SP Boutique-branded product, you must provide:

Order number or proof of purchase

Clear photos and/or video showing the defect

A description of the issue

Confirmation that the product was used according to instructions
Claims submitted without required documentation may be denied.
Valid Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects only, including:

Product not powering on (when applicable)

Charging failure (when applicable)
-
Motor failure or internal malfunction
-
Defects in materials or workmanship
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Accidental damage
-
Water damage (unless the product is labeled waterproof)
-
Improper charging or use of incompatible chargers
-
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or tampering

Damage caused by dropping, overheating, or improper storage
-
Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer
-
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of intimate products:

All sales are final

Refunds are not available

Approved warranty claims are eligible for replacement only
Replacement approval is at SP Boutique’s discretion after reviewing the claim.
Important Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Proper cleaning and storage

Using the correct charging method and compatible accessories

Registering the product warranty (if applicable)
Failure to follow product instructions may void warranty eligibility.
