GIFT ORDERS & SIGNATURE GIFT PACKAGING POLICY

SP Boutique is happy to help customers send purchases as gifts.

PAYMENT AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION

For payment security, Authorize.net requires the billing and shipping addresses entered during checkout to match the verified address associated with the credit card.

To request delivery to a different gift recipient:

  1. Complete checkout using the cardholder’s verified address.

  2. Select “Note” beneath the item in the shopping cart.

  3. In the “Order special instructions” box, state that the order is a gift and provide the recipient’s full name and delivery address.

You may also contact us by email immediately after placing your order. Gift-address requests may require additional verification and must be received before the order is processed or shipped.

ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address for the gift recipient. Before submitting your gift instructions, please carefully verify:

• Recipient’s full name
• Complete street address
• Apartment, suite, unit, building, or floor number, when applicable
• City and state
• Correct ZIP Code

SP Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays, misdelivery, nondelivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the purchaser.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to send it again. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

An order marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the purchaser will be considered fulfilled.

COMPLIMENTARY GIFT PREPARATION

There is no additional charge to have an order treated as a gift.

When you identify an order as a gift:

• All price tags and identifying price information will be removed.
• No invoice or paperwork displaying purchase prices will be placed inside the package.
• The order will be shipped in our standard discreet packaging.

Complimentary gift preparation does not include an SP Boutique gift box, decorative tissue paper, gift seal, or other Signature Gift Packaging features.

SP BOUTIQUE SIGNATURE GIFT PACKAGING — $7.99

Eligible orders may be upgraded to our Signature Gift Packaging, which includes:

• SP Boutique gift box
• Decorative branded tissue paper
• SP Boutique gift seal
• Optional personalized message
• Removal of all price tags and identifying price information
• No invoice or paperwork displaying purchase prices inside the package

ELIGIBILITY

Signature Gift Packaging is available only for qualifying products that fit inside our gift boxes and are packaged directly by SP Boutique. Oversized items and products shipped directly from a supplier may not qualify.

If an item cannot receive Signature Gift Packaging, we will contact the purchaser and refund the gift-packaging charge.

IMPORTANT

All gift instructions and delivery-address requests must be submitted before the order is processed. SP Boutique cannot guarantee changes requested after an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
