That’s why we recommend measuring yourself regularly — your body changes, and your lingerie should keep up. Ill-fitting bras can lead to discomfort, irritation, and lack of support. Take a few moments to measure yourself for the perfect fit. All you need is a measuring tape (or a string and ruler), and a friend can be helpful too!

🪡 How to Measure:

Band Size:
Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your rib cage, just beneath your bust. Round down to the nearest whole number (e.g., 32.5 becomes 32).
Then add 5. If your total is an odd number, round up to the next even number.
→ Example: 32 + 5 = 37, round up to 38.
Bust Size:
Wrap the tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust.
→ Example: 41"
Cup Size:
Subtract the band size from your bust measurement.
→ 41 - 38 = 3 → That’s a C Cup
